We do want you to have your order as soon as possible.
We also want you to be able to track it and make sure that it ends up in your hands and no one else's!

For all of the above reasons, we opted for  DHL EXPRESS as our logistics partner.

International Shipping is 30$
Free International Shipping for orders over 500$

In the cases of shipping to remote areas, an additional fee will be required. The client also has the right to handle shipping in the way they see fit.

Each order shipped will have the below documents attached:
MSDS
Non-Dangerous Goods declaration
Pro Forma invoice

Once we fulfill your order, we will send you an with the tracking information.

In the case of Sampler Packs / Offers & Discounts / New Launches ...., please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to ship as it will be prepared with other orders.

Our service is a personal service. Every order is prepared and weighed by the gram with the-client and their-needs in mind. We also do our best to review your profile that you have with us, to include new samples with each order.
Please allow for a maximum of 10 to 15 business days for order fulfillment as we do want to offer you this personal and unique service.
