We do our best in giving a proper description of the oils and aromatics that we offer for oud lovers and fragheads. All -of course- is to the best of our knowledge and olfactory perception.

We understand that olfactory sensitivity might be different from one person to another, thus, we encourage you to communicate with us on our WhatsApp before placing an order. We will do our best to provide you with the most detailed explanation of the notes and make sure it's according to your taste and preference.

Our oils offerings start with 1gm each and we include a couple of free samples with each order.

Finally, due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns nor offer refunds, However, please feel free to write us up an email on customer.service@TheOudLab.com and we'll do our best to assist you to resolve any matter.
